LASSO provides crew the ability to send their scheduled events to their calendar from the LASSO App.
LASSO Admin/Users are also able to send all company events to their calendar as well. To set this up, navigate to Administration > Calendar Feed and click on the word 'copy' to copy the ICS link needed for setup. LASSO provides a unique URL to ICS data for the calendar app to create a feed.
For an event to feed to a calendar app, the following items must be satisfied:
Events will only appear on the calendar if they have an 'event end date' that is within the past 30 days or within the next 30 days.
Crew must be approved on the roster on the event (for example, they must have an approved schedule/shift on the event).
Please note that this is a one way feed; data is pulled by the calendar app. LASSO does not push anything to the calendar apps. LASSO does not control how often the calendar app pulls data either; this can vary based on the calendar app being used.
