As a supervisor, you will have all of the same access and views as a crew member with some expanded capabilities within the app.
Roster & Crew Communications:
You can click into the event details to see the Roster (a list of crew members working the event you are supervising). Within the LASSO platform you may also choose to share the roster with crew. If you share the roster they will see a similar view when logged into the app.
You can view crew member event details like their schedule and travel itinerary. And quickly text, call or email the crew member using the native applications you use for those functions on your device.
You can also communicate with the entire roster by toggling to the Group list.
To rate your crew members, click into the crew members name and provide your rating and comments.
Supervisor Clock In
If you have access to the LASSO Time Module and have given Supervisors the ability to clock crew in, they will navigate "Time" within the Event Details.
Supervisors can search for crew members, select 1 or several crew members to clock in and enter details. They can also filter the list to only show crew members who have not clocked in.
