  1. What if a crew member has multiple employers who use Lasso?

    All event invites and scheduled shifts show up within the same app instance for the crew member with clear employer branding. If the crew person is clocking in or out for an event or editing their profile specific to an employer, they will choose which employer the action applies to.

  2. Can my crew text/message me back through the app?

    Not at this time. This is on our near term product roadmap though!

  3. Can my crew see all the other events I have in my system?

    Crew can only view events they have been added or invited to.

  4. How do crew view their scheduled events in the app?

    All current and upcoming events will appear at the top of their app's dashboard. Crew members can also click on the Navigation Button to view their shifts in a calendar view.

  5. Can I, as an admin, see all the events my company is doing on the app or edit shifts / events?

    The app is currently for Crew and Supervisors, though future role based enhancements are on our product roadmap. Admins should continue to access LASSO via the desktop instance or add themselves as a supervisor in order to view their crew's schedule within the app.

  6. If I text/email/call the crew as a supervisor from the app, what happens?

    The app opens your phone’s native SMS/email/phone app, and fills in the contact info for your email/text/group message. Contact info is NOT saved to your device, this must be done manually. Responses are received to your email/text app, NOT within the Lasso app.

  7. Can crew see all the crew in my system or search for other crew?

    No, but you can can choose to share the roster with them.
