Crew How To: Register with your Employer

Crew can complete their crew profiles via the registration link provided by their employer.

Complete your registration and submit your information to your new employer via any web browser.

If you have multiple employers who use LASSO, you must use the same email and phone number you have previously used on your other crew profiles.

For the best results, please do your best to complete the registration in one sitting.

  • While you can Save and Exit to complete your registration at a later date/time, your information is not guaranteed to be visible to your employer until your registration is 100% complete.

YOU MUST PRESS THE FINISH BUTTON TO SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION TO YOUR EMPLOYER!

Once you've completed your crew profile, your employer will review your information. You can now use the LASSO Mobile App to view your crew profile and start to receive open opportunities.

Each company can configure their registration process to suit their needs, so your registration may not look identical to our example, but the overall process remains the same.

If you receive an error message after submitting your email/phone number while registering, one of two things are likely the cause:

  1. You have an Inactive crew profile with your employer. Crew with an Inactive crew profile cannot complete registration.

    1. Please contact your employer directly to have your profile made active again.

  2. You have other crew profiles with a different email or phone number associated with it.

    1. Complete the registration with the other set of contact info, which you can then update once your registration is complete.

If you're having trouble completing your registration or are getting "stuck" at the Final page, here are some common solutions.

  1. US States must be entered as the two-letter abbreviation, not the full state name.

  2. If you're required to enter a social media link, it must be the full link to your profile, not just the username or handle.

  3. If you are being prompted to accept company policy documents but do not see any, click the yellow arrow at the bottom to progress past this page.

  5. Go back to the registration link and go through the process again, with the SAME information, but make sure to get to the Finish button
