Data Deletion Requests

Crew who request their profile removed will have their request completed after a series of steps to ensure clients can save any necessary information first.

Crew Member requests their Profile be deleted

When a crew member requests to have their account deleted, LASSO is required to honor their request by law.

In order to comply with this request, LASSO Support will first inform the Crew member that their employer(s) will be notified of the request to delete their information.

Employers will then have 2 days to save any information related to the crew member. This includes any job history, tax information, personal information, or other info stored on the crew profile.

Once 2 days have passed, LASSO will then delete the crew member's profile and all the data associated with their profile. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
