This LASSO feature can be very helpful when recruiting and registering new crew. You have access to a unique (for your company) URL link that allows crew members to register themselves instead of an Administrator/User having to manually input new crew members’ profiles.
You could embed this unique link on your main company website into an “Apply Now” button that directs crew to LASSO to register and answer questions needed for their profile. Another idea is to post the link to LinkedIn, Facebook, your email signature, or wherever you are sourcing your new crew. You could even print it out on business cards and hand them out to potential new crew!
Registration settings are customizable and can be found/changed under Administration > Company Settings > Registration tab. Your unique link can be found here at the top under Welcome. You unique link will always be https://{yourlassodomain}.lasso.io/register
To make updates to settings and decisions on what you as a company want to ask crew when registering, just click the Edit button and begin making changes!

From here, you can decide whether you want certain questions to be Required (crew can’t move forward without answering), Optional (crew does not have to answer to move forward), or Hidden (crew cannot see questions during registration).
You can also customize the messaging on the pages that crew see when navigating registration. LASSO provides default messaging, but feel free to change to your liking in Edit mode!
