What are Return Sheets and How do you Access Them?
Pull sheets allow for a systemized equipment return process following an event. Similar to a pull sheet, you will "return" items either by scanning or manually returning them to your Inventory.
Your return sheet will be generated when the pull sheet status is changed to "Shipped."

There are 2 ways to get to a return sheet in LASSO.
1) Directly from the order by clicking on the pack sheet icon in the top right hand corner of your oder.Β
β
2) Or, navigate to Pull Sheets from the Warehouse Activities dashboard:
Click on Inventory on the top navigation bar, then click Warehouse Activities
Click on the shipping milestone
Click on "Return Sheet"

Using the Return Sheet
The return sheet offers the same flexibility as you experience when packing on the pull sheet. To review sorting, filtering and viewing options, please review our Pull Sheet article.
Return Sheet Statuses:
Return Sheets have statuses that users can set to display the current state of work on a sheet. These statuses will become visible in different areas of the system, as well as serve to trigger different behaviors related to asset statuses and workflows. In a future release, we will allow users to create custom statuses that can be tailored to their unique processes. Below are the available statues:
Shipped:
The equipment has not yet returned to the warehouse.
Truck Emptied:
The equipment has been returned to the warehouse, but the de-prep and scanning in-process has not started.
Unpacking:
Equipment is being scanned to return, equipment de-prepped and placed in the warehouse storage locations.
Returned:
All items from the return shipment have been scanned in and returned. Any used consumables will remain on the sheet as well as any missing items.
Finalized:
If there are still serialized items that have not been unpacked, and the return sheet status is set to Finalized, a modal will appear and indicate that the unpacked assets will be set to a Missing state, which will reduce the rentable quantity of the product and prevent the asset from being packed elsewhere. Then, within the product modal, you can manually change the Missing status to Lost (permanently decreases inventory) or In, if the product is found and in a rentable state.
PLEASE NOTE: "Finalized" is a permanent status change.
