Navigating the Warehouse Activities page

This guide walks you through how to use the Warehouse Activities view in Inventory.

The Warehouse Activities view is all about today – your "Daily Dashboard" – for your warehouse manager and warehouse teams. What does my warehouse team need to accomplish today, or more specifically, in the next hour?

How to get to the page

  • Click on "Inventory" in the top main navigation bar and select "Warehouse Activities"

First, filter your dates

  • Click the filter option (top right)

  • Narrow down to a specific date window

Let's explore! What does everything mean?

  • The Gray Vertical Bar focuses on this hour so you can see what you're supposed to be prepping, and how complete those orders are.

  • Percentage Completed: See your preparation status by %. Determine risks, view completion rates, and see when gear is coming in and out, as your team prepares orders.

  • Milestone Icons:

    • Green diamonds show orders that are going out

Quick Turn Arounds

  • View gear items that we need to process (quickly) today. These items are arriving from another event within my current prep window–that I can now use for another order.

  • Why leverage quick turns?

    • Quick turns can help save you money & give you better utilization!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to availability logic issue, Quick Turn functionality is disabled. The buttons and icons for Quick Turns will still be visible, but confirmation of a Quick Turn is not possible at this time.

Quick Turns will be re-enabled in the near future.

Pull Sheets

  • How to get to the Pull Sheet

    • Click on the shipping milestone

    • Click on "Pull Sheet"

  • The Pull Sheet page is super flexible

    • Sort and filter your pull sheet depending on your department's needs

  • Optimize scanning modes, serialization, and manual modes –

    • If you have serialized cases and are scanning cases, you can click "Start Scanning"

      • This will enable you to scan items or cases

      • The case you scan will open, and anything you scan subsequently will go in that case until you scan it again – which will close the case

    • If you do not have serialized cases, you can grab one off the rack and start filling it.

      • This allows you to name your road cases and know where everything is
