Gear Order Status Report

Use Cases:

Order Tracking: The report provides a summary of gear orders, including the overall event status, individual gear order statuses as well as pack sheet status. This helps understand the volume of work that has been confirmed with reserved gear as well as how many potential orders are still outstanding that may impact future workloads and easily get to orders to make changes to statuses as needed.

The Order Name is the Gear Order on which the item was sold

Order Status

The Order Status is a customer-defined field; used to identify the sales status of an order. Order Statuses effect to gear reservations is also configurable.

Order Gear Reserved

Order Gear Reserved can be True or False based on the Order Status

Pack Sheet Status

Y

Pack Sheet Status indicates the current Status of a Pull Sheet or Return Sheet. Pull Sheets can be Initial, Filling, Packed, Shipped. Return Sheets can be Shipped, Truck Emptied, Unpacking, Returned, Finalized

Order Date Created

Order Date Created is the initial date that the order was created on an event record

Datetime Prep Start

Datetime Prep Start is populated by the Prep Start Date and time on an Order

Datetime Prep End

Datetime Prep End is populated by the Prep End Date and time on an Order

Event Code

The Event Code or "Event ID" is a system-generated or customer-generated identifier for events. There can only be one Event Code/ID per Event. Settings for the Event Code/Event ID are located in Company Settings>General>Event Settings

The Event LASSO Code is the Event Code generated by the LASSO System, generally used for API integrations

Event Name

The Event Name or "Event" field is the common title of an Event; visible in calendar views, orders, reservations, and crew-facing communications

Event Status

Event Status is commonly used as the Sales status of an Event. The Event Status can be used as a filter in calendars as well as in reports.

Event Lasso Status

The LASSO Status is an automated event status based on whether the event is future or past, as well as if it has been published to crew
