Quote Status Report

Learn how to use the Quote Status Report.

Updated over 11 months ago

Use Cases:

Revenue Forecasting: The report includes the total quote value by status and by month of event start date. This information allows the sales team to forecast potential revenue based on the value of accepted and outstanding quotes, helping in financial planning and resource allocation.

Sales Cycle Insights: The report provides median days to close for accepted and declined quotes. This helps the sales team understand the typical duration of their sales cycle and identify opportunities to shorten the time it takes to close deals.

Outstanding Quotes Management: The report lists the value of outstanding quotes by the number of days since they were sent. This helps the sales team prioritize follow-ups on quotes that have been outstanding for a long time, increasing the chances of converting them into confirmed bookings.

Client and Event Management: The report includes detailed information on each quote, such as quote name, event name, client name, event venue, and account manager. This helps the sales team manage relationships with key clients and ensure that quotes are accurately tracked and followed up on.
