Lead time is very important, especially during busy season.
Any change requests must be submitted through the platform.
Communicate any special requests or concerns with your Marketplace Specialist as soon as possible!

Read the position descriptions to make sure you’re asking for the right crew!
Different companies can require different skills for the same position title, so make sure that LASSO’s position description meets your needs
Include position scope/gear in Position Notes on the Schedule tab! Especially for operator positions.
This allows the Marketplace Specialist to book the best team possible with your specific event needs in mind.
Include On-Site contact, dress code, and meeting location for EVERY event.
Make sure your Marketplace crew know where to go and who to check in with! On-Site contact can be added on the Basic Info page. All other info can be included in position notes or in the Additional Events Details.
For Set/Strike positions, if you don’t require the same tech for both shifts, enter the positions/shifts separately.
This gives the Marketplace Specialists maximum flexibility in selecting the best crew for your event.
When entering a large order, utilize groups for crew that will be in different locations, have different shifts, etc.
Make sure to add any special event notes to the Additional Request Details when submitting your order!
Are security passes or credentials needed? Are there directions on where to park at the venue? What other information should crew know prior to arriving for their shift? The more info, the better!
