Enter your phone number or email to begin the login process.
When you have reached the prompt to enter the login code, click Send code another way and choose to send the code to your EMAIL.
Once you’ve logged in, click on your initials > User Settings to update your login info.
You may also want to update your contact information via My Company Profiles > Personal Information.

Enter your email or phone number to login, then click Forgot Password.
A code will be sent to your email or phone number depending on what you entered initially.
Enter the login code, then click next.
Setup a password with the correct parameters and click next.
You should see a success message and then you can click sign in.
If you didn’t receive the login code by email, for example, try entering your phone number instead.
