Set up Multiple Warehouses
To setup multiple warehouses, navigate to Administration > Company Inventory Settings > Inventory
At the bottom of the page you will see Warehouse Location. Click on the + sign to add a new warehouse. Edit existing warehouses here as well by clicking on the pencil icon.
Enter the warehouse name and address and click save.

Assets
Next, from the Inventory > Assets page, click into an Asset record, then click Inventory, there will now be a drop down to filter assets by warehouse.
There will also be a Warehouses column below that you can toggle to change the warehouse location for an individual item.
There is also a Warehouse/Bin Locations section to provide insight into the quantities you have at each location. The Bin Location field accepts text, so you can directly input bin location into this field.
You can also filter by warehouse on the Assets page as well to narrow view to a specific warehouse.
Gear
On the Gear spoke, when you create a new order, you can now select which Warehouse you are working out of. Quantities and availability will pull from that specific warehouse. You can also switch warehouses if need be for that order.
Warehouse Operations
On the Warehouse Operations page, you can now filter by warehouses.
When resolving shortages on an order, you will now see the option to “Transfer” has been added to the bottom of the page. You can initiate a transfer order by selecting the item that you need to transfer and then choosing the “Transfer” option at the bottom of the page.
Select which warehouse you wish to transfer from and fill out the delivery and return details.
The transfer will then be attached to the original order in the order list on the Warehouse Operations dashboard. You can also update that transfer order under the transfer orders view at the top of your dashboard.
Warehouse Activities
On the Warehouse Activities page, you can filter by warehouses as well.
