Daily Warehouse Summary Report

The Daily Warehouse Summary Report is your go-to tool for understanding the day-to-day workflow in your warehouse. This report categorizes the number of items being prepped and returned by warehouse, department, category, and product type. It helps your warehouse team plan staff shifts more effectively, ensuring that you have enough personnel to handle high-volume days and avoid bottlenecks in the workflow. You can export this information by clicking the three dots and selecting "Export." Additionally, you can schedule these reports to be sent out daily, weekly, monthly, or set up alerts for specific conditions.

Gear Order Status Report

The Gear Order Status Report provides a summary of all gear orders, including the overall event status, individual gear order statuses, and pack sheet statuses. This report is invaluable for tracking the volume of confirmed orders with reserved gear and identifying potential orders that are still outstanding. It allows you to make informed decisions about future workloads and easily update order statuses as needed. Like other reports, you can export this information or set up alerts to notify you of important changes.

Inventory Assets Report

The Inventory Assets Report offers a detailed overview of all your serialized assets. It includes information such as product names, asset codes, warehouse names, departments, categories, and statuses. This report helps your warehouse team keep track of the location and status of each asset, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and easily locatable. You can export this information to Excel or set up alerts to stay informed about asset movements and statuses.

Inventory Products Report

The Inventory Products Report provides a summary of the quantities owned for each product, along with detailed attributes. This report is particularly useful for insurance reporting and other inventory management tasks. You can export your entire inventory to Excel or set up alerts to notify you of changes in product quantities or attributes.

Out Of Service Report

The Out of Service Report lists all assets that are currently missing, lost, in repair, or retired. It shows the warehouse each asset is tied to and provides detailed information about the asset, including its most recent usage. This report is essential for maintaining an accurate record of your inventory and can be used to set up alerts for when assets go out of service, are retired, lost, or missing. You can also export this information for further analysis.

Subrentals Report

The Subrentals Report gives you a clear picture of the overall cost of sub rentals and allows you to dive into specific details. It shows the items you are sub renting, the total cost, and the number of days subrented. This report is particularly useful for analyzing your spending per vendor and the items you frequently rent, helping you make informed decisions about future purchases. You can also pull a detailed sub rental report to see a list of each purchase order, vendor, product name, and associated information. Setting up alerts for new sub rentals can keep you informed in real-time.

Upcoming Product Shortages Report

The Upcoming Product Shortages Report helps you anticipate and manage inventory shortages. It provides a high-level view of shortages by week, showing the products you will be short on and the quantities needed. You can drill down into the report to see shortages by date, product, and quantity. This report allows you to filter information to identify potential shortages in the future. You can export this information or set up alerts to notify you of new shortages, ensuring you are always prepared.

By leveraging these inventory reports, you can gain valuable insights into your operations, optimize your workflow, and make data-driven decisions to enhance your business efficiency.
