Content Hub

This guide walks you through how to use the Content Hub in LASSO as a source of truth for all your digital assets.

Updated over 10 months ago

The Content Hub is a single source of truth for all of your digital assets related to an event. The 3 types of assets you can store are Files (uploads), Links to external content that is contained elsewhere and rich text notes. There will always be a default note created for each project called “Project Details”.

There are 4 actions you can take on the Content Hub to add to your Project Assets: Add a Note, Folder, Link or Upload a Document. Click on Create New Note button to add a new note to your project assets list:

Click on the Add Folder button to add a folder to your project assets list:

Click on the Add Link button to add a link to your project assets:

Click on the Upload Document(s) button to add a new document to your project assets list:

If you’d like to add a Note, Folder, Link or Document to an existing folder, click on the folder first, and then select the asset you would like to add. Once your folder has assets added to it, you can expand and collapse your Folder by clicking on it.

*Please note that while you can upload as many assets as you’d like, the file size limit is currently 5GB.

You can add a subfolder to your main Folder by clicking it, and then selecting the blue Add Folder button. You can also remove a folder by clicking the blue trash can:

By clicking on a Note, you will open the Notes Editor where you and your team can add notes here at the same time. This is great for collaboration as it will show who is typing:
