What does each rate type mean in LASSO?

Custom Rates:

Custom Rate:

If you modify the Standard Rate for a position, that would update any crew member’s rate (for that position) that is designated as Standard Rate.

Within each event, you have the ability to change how pay rates are used:

"Use Crew Rate" will use the rate that is showing for the position within the crew profile.

"Publish Rate with Opportunity" will allow you to override the crew/standard rate and input a custom published rate for that specific event.

"Ask Crew to submit their rate" will request a rate from the crew member that is invited to work the shift
