How to Join the Marketplace
To get started, follow the steps below to register.
Request your registration link. Email [email protected] and ask to join the LASSO Marketplace. Or signup here: https://marketplace.lasso.io/register/
Complete your registration and crew profile. Fill in your positions, markets, and contact details so we can match you to the right work. Don’t forget a great, headshot, you resume, and other information that helps you get seen!
Interview with a LASSO Talent Acquisition Specialist. This conversation is how we confirm which positions you're qualified for — you'll only be approved for the roles that match your skills.
Finish onboarding. Complete any required documents and forms so you're ready to be booked.
Once you're approved, you're in the pool for the positions and markets you qualified for.
Note: Just because you work for a company that uses LASSO, that does not mean you're a part of the LASSO Marketplace.
You have to apply to be added to the LASSO Marketplace technician pool!
Getting Matched to Gigs
A Marketplace Specialist (MPS) builds each event's crew. They match open positions to qualified, available technicians in that market.
You'll receive opportunity invitations for open positions that fit your approved roles. Accept or decline the invitation to let the MPS know your availability.
Rates and overtime are set by LASSO and follow the Marketplace terms — they aren't negotiated gig by gig.
On the Job
Your Crew Lead or Crew Chief clocks the crew in and out for shifts, breaks, and meals.
Those punch times flow into the client's final reconciliation invoice, so everyone's working from the same record.
LASSO Marketplace crew are W2 employees and are paid weekly. No chasing paychecks or waiting for Net terms to pass.

If you've completed all the steps listed above, then you're all set and there's nothing else you need to do. When work becomes available in your area that suits your skills, you'll be sent the open opportunity.
