Crew How To: Viewing your Timecard in Swipeclock

View your clocked shifts and the details for those shifts from the Employee Timecard Portal.

If your employer tracks your time through LASSO, you likely have a timecard within the Timekeeping portal, via our partner Swipeclock.

If you have not been provided login credentials,

please contact your employer directly for access.

To log in to the timekeeping portal to view your timecard, navigate to the Employee Login. Click "Employee Portal" to access your timecard.

Enter your username and password as provided by your employer. You'll see a home page and a few menu options.

Click "Time Card" to view your timecard by pay period.

Your timecard will contain info about the various events you've worked, such as the event name, total hours, and any special categories of pay like Overtime or Gifted Hours.

Print your timesheets using the printer icon, and navigate from pay period to pay period with the calendar selection.

Click the Pencil icon under the date to add a note to your timecard that your employer can see.

  • If you do not have a pencil icon, your employer does not allow adding notes to timecards.

If you are able to see an "Edit" or "Add" button, your employer has decided to allow you to add timecard entries and edit existing ones.

  • If you do not have Edit/Add buttons, your employer does not allow timecard editing.

Once your employer is ready to send your timecards off to your payroll provider, the pay period will be finalized. No additional edits can be made.

Time Off Requests

From the dashboard of the Employee Timekeeping Portal, there may be an option to submit Time Off Requests.

Your past Time Off Requests and total hours available to you will be visible here. Click the "Request Time Off" button to submit a time off request.

Time off Requests will be sent to your employer for review.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I requested login credentials from my employer but they would not provide them. Can LASSO or LASSO Support give me my login?

    • No. It is up to your employer to decide if they are providing logins to the Employee Timekeeping portal.

  • I can't edit my timecard.

    • Timecard editing is allowed based on your employers decisions. If you are not able to edit your timecard but need to make revisions, either use the pencil icon to notate the punches, or contact your employer directly.

  • I don't see a place to request time off?

    • The ability to submit PTO requests is determined by your employer. If it's not visible on the Employee Time Portal, your employer has opted not to track it via LASSO Timekeeping.

  • Where can I find my paystubs?

    • Pay stubs cannot be located in the Timekeeping portal. The Timekeeping portal only tracks time, and is not related to issuing paychecks. Contact your employer directly for information on locating your paystubs.

    • If your employer uses LASSO Payroll, you can locate your pay information at my.lasso.io using the same login credentials as you would the LASSO Mobile app.

  • A Pay period says "Final" and doesn't let me edit it or add a note. Why is that happening?

    • Your employer has finalized the pay period in order to send it off to payroll. You'll need to contact your employer directly for changes.

  • I submitted unavailable dates on the LASSO Mobile app. Is that the same thing as a Time Off Request?

    • No. Unavailable dates are not tracked in the timekeeping system and are not related to time off requests, accruals or PTO.
