What are Quote Configurations?
Creating consistent and professional quotes is essential for maintaining a unified brand image and ensuring that all your sales team members are on the same page. LASSO offers several ways to create saved configurations, templates, and themes so that your quotes can look the same, regardless of who is sending them.
Quote Configurations refer to how your resource types will be displayed within the quote block, and the level of detail that will be shown.
Settings like if public notes are shown, what resource headers are called, and which resource types to include can be set as a saved Quote Configuration.

For information on changing the content of your quote documents, such as what client info or event details will be shown, check out the Quote Template Manager.
Configure your Quote Block
Select your configuration by clicking "Add Resources" in the quote block.
Resource sections can be renamed to better fit your company’s needs. For example, you might want to rename "Gear" to "Equipment" using the pencil icon 
next to the resource type.
Save Your Quote as a Quote Configuration
Once you are satisfied with your quote format, look for the icon that allows you to save a new quote template: 
This will be located in the upper right corner of your Quote Block.
After clicking the Configuration button, you can name the saved configuration. It's also possible to overwrite existing Quote Configurations.
Apply Quote Configurations
As a new quote is started, use the Quote Configuration button to apply all the saved settings for the quote block. Select the desired Quote Configuration template from the drop down.
Manage Quote Configurations
From the Company Inventory Settings, Quote Configurations can be renamed and deleted.
