Key Features of the Crew Utilization Report

Total Crew and Technicians

  • The report starts by showing the total number of crew and technicians on your rosters. For example, you might have 701 active crew members.

Utilization Percentage

  • A critical metric is the percentage of crew members being utilized. In the example, only 28.61% of the crew is being utilized. This indicates that 70% of the crew is not currently working, which might prompt you to investigate why these individuals are not being hired and whether they are available for new jobs.

Filtering Options

  • The report can be filtered by:

    • Date Range: Customize the report to view data for specific periods.

    • Crew Classification Types: Break down the data by different roles or job titles.

    • Crew Divisions: Segment the data by different departments or teams.
