Welcome to the Event Overview page in LASSO! This comprehensive dashboard provides you with all the essential information related to your event. Here’s a detailed guide to help you navigate and make the most of this page.

Overview

The Event Overview page is your one-stop dashboard for all event-related details. It includes essential information such as the event name, client details, event ID, and classification. You can also see the event's status, date range, and load-in and gear return/pickup details.

Main Sections

General Information

  • Event Name: The name of the event.

  • Client: The client associated with the event.

  • Division Information: Any division information, if applicable.

  • Event ID: A unique identifier for the event.

  • Event Status: Whether the event is confirmed or published.

  • Date Range: The dates during which the event is taking place.

  • Load-In and Gear Returns/Pickups: Information about the load-in and gear return/pickup schedules.

  • Days Until Event Start: A countdown to the start of the event.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a quick overview of the event's key details and allows you to toggle between the event calendar and event list views.

Modules

The dashboard includes several modules that display specific aspects of the event. The visibility of these modules depends on your system settings. You can customize the layout by dragging and dropping modules to your preferred order.

Quoted Financials

  • Revenue and Costs: View the revenue and associated costs tied to any quotes.

  • Quote Status: See the status of quotes (sent, accepted, pending).

  • Detailed Quote Information: Click on a quote to view more details, including the quote amount and current status.

Invoicing and Payments

  • Invoices: View any invoices that have been sent out or saved.

  • Payments: See any payments that have been made for the event.

  • Purchase Orders: View any purchase orders tied to the event, including their status (estimations, confirmed, pending).

Gear

  • Pull Sheets: See all confirmed pull sheets and associated information.

  • Shortages and Unreserved Orders: Identify any shortages or unapproved purchase orders.

  • Total POs: View the total number of purchase orders.

Labor

  • Scheduled Hours: See the current scheduled hours for the event.

  • Opportunity Deadline: Check if the opportunity deadline has passed.

  • Actual and Billed Hours: View the actual hours worked and billed hours.

  • Crew Progress: Monitor the progress of crew scheduling (e.g., 45% crewed).

  • Roster: View the roster for any specific day and see who is crewed. If the time system is enabled, a green box indicates if a crew member is clocked in.

Travel

  • Traveling Crew: See the number of crew members traveling and the running cost.

  • Booking Status: View a breakdown of what has been booked and what is still in progress.

  • Full Itineraries: Access all itineraries for your crew.

Documents

  • Attached Documents: View any documents attached to the event, such as light plots.

  • Trash: Move documents to the trash if needed.

  • Add Documents: Upload additional documents.

Management Team

  • Project Manager: The project manager assigned to the event.

  • Account Manager: The account manager for the event.

  • Labor Coordinator: The labor coordinator for the event.

Marketplace Requests

  • On-Site Contact: View the on-site contact for the event.
